A great night catering at the Haliburton Legion. We did a three course meal, Boston lettuce, raddichio, Belgian endive with wicrogreens and edible flowers, Red wine braised beef short ribs with Maple roast vegetables, Dessert tasting trio of creme brulee, skor cheesecake and chocolate dipped strawberries.
